Getting Started

We know that selecting a daycare or childcare provider is an important decision. We aim to make it as easy as possible for you to get to know us so you can determine whether Crystal Care Daycare is the right fit for your family.

Introductory Visit

In order to get to know each other, we require each new family to visit our in-home preschool and daycare at least once before enrollment. Please call or text (425) 442-5683 to schedule. We look forward to meeting you and your child/children, giving you a tour of our in-home preschool and daycare, and answering your questions.

Payment, Rates, and Fees

Payment is due in advance on the first of each month. Your payment secures your child's space in our preschool and daycare, whether your child is here or not. In other words, there are no discounts if your child does not come to preschool or daycare due to illness, vacation, visiting relatives, etc.

• Deposit: $100.00; this reserves your child's spot
• Full-time daycare fee: $1,650.00 per month
• Part-time daycare fee: $95.00 per day
• Drop-in rate: $12.00 per hour
• Late pick-up fee: $10.00 per minute after 5:30 pm
• Late payment fee: $5 per day; if fees remain unpaid for three days, your child will not be admitted until all fees are paid in full.
• NSF check fee: $20 plus any fees charged by our bank (to be paid in cash)

Transition Period

The transition period consists of two visits where you stay with your child for at least 30 minutes and then leave for 90 minutes. The transition period helps your child to get comfortable in the new environment.

Trial Period

During the two-week period, we observe your child's adjustment to care and talk daily. I will talk to you about your child's day. Please talk with me about any concerns you may have. At the end of the trial period, we will determine if the services satisfy everyone. If any problems cannot be resolved, care is terminated.

Confidentially

Your child's records and forms are kept confidential. Their records are accessible to staff, parents, guardians, and for medical administration or emergencies.
